Home grown in Auckland's Blockhouse Bay; Recruit NZ was established in 2008 by an Experienced Consultant that had an itch to get out on her own and make things happen differently!!
So she did and here she is today. 
Tanya has a background of recruitment, sales and senior management. She has a BA, a Certificate In Small Business Management and Money Management and teaches business management to budding entrepreneurs through Te Waananga o Aotearoa. Being on both sides of the fence as a job seeker and a hiring employer Tanya has experienced what it is like to deal with recruitment consultants and agencies. She has never liked it and likes to make the experience for her clients and candidates at Recruit NZ different!
RecruitNZ was established with 3 keys statements in mind:

Tanya has a warm and friendly approach to both her clients and candidates. She is a Generalist Consultant and enjoys the variety and challenges recruitment brings on a daily basis-hence the slogan “Passionate about Recruitment!”
