Standard Agreement

These Terms of Trade apply to all referrals of Candidates for employment. Interviewing, employing or passing on information of those Candidates, whom we introduce, implies your acceptance of our Terms of Business. Any variation of these Terms of Trade must be confirmed in writing by us.

Fees

In accordance with these Terms of Trade when a Candidate, who has been referred or interviewed by the Client for any position, is engaged as an employee or independent contractor by either the Client, or any other person or organisation to whom the Candidate is referred by the Client, within the period commencing on the initial referral or interview and expiring six months after the most recent referral or interview, the Client agrees to pay a fee.

This fee is calculated as outlined in the table below:

Annual Remuneration

Package: 12.5% + GST
Contract: 25% + GST
Minimum Fee: $1,500.00 + GST

Annual Remuneration Package

Annual remuneration packages comprise salary or wages, commissions, incentives or bonus schemes and Company vehicles. Where a Company vehicle is involved, it is valued at a nominal figure of $12,000.00.

Contract Placements

If a Candidate is employed as a contractor and is later permanently employed by the Client, a placement fee is then due. The contract fee will be deducted from the permanent placement fee.
