Recruit NZ is looking for the right person to come on board in a commission based Recruitment Consultant role-where yes you can have a life and work. We are family friendly, down to earth, in growth mode, and have our focuses around the right way!

You will be responsible for all aspects of end to end recruitment and will be a real business developer that loves a new challenge. This business builds strong relationships with its clients (both employers and job seekers) through following a successful tried and tested recruitment model. To date we have had a 100% success rate in all of our placements- read our testimonials to hear how great we are!
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, honest communication, and getting great results for all parties. No two days are the same; you will receive initial training and induction as well as ongoing training and support.
This role is ideal for someone that enjoys working within a structured environment, can work in a team or in an autonomous role, and is a self starter. This is your chance to run your own business within a business. Your core office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-3pm.

We are an Employment Consultancy that provides an extensive number of services to both employers and job seekers.

To be considered for the role you will have:
• Previous NZ Recruitment experience (both BD and existing clients)- min 12 months • A minimum of 3 years sales or customer service experience • Intermediate level MS Office knowledge • Excellent English communication skills • Ability to prepare written reports accurately and to deadlines • Ability to form strong relationships with colleagues, employers and job seekers • Have a high level of honesty and integrity as well as a strong work ethic • A quick learner and the ability to think fast on your feet • Ability to multitask and will be proactive • Excellent organisational and time management skills • An interest in helping to grow a business • A good attitude and sense of humour!
This business has been going for 2 years; it started because of a couple of reasons-the need for a more personalised service within the industry and to take the focus off the work and put it back into your family. We have a loyal client base and a strong database of candidates. There are systems and structure in place as well as excellent support from the Managing Director. The successful applicant will be out through a professional Recruitment Training course for 3 days.
