Our standard CV service is 5 working days. If you require our urgent service (3 working days) an additional charge of $40 + GST will apply (this service is subject to availability).

3 easy steps

Step 1: Contact us-One of our Consultants will be in touch within 24 hours to organise invoicing information and send you a CV submission form to complete. Here we will organise a time for consultation.

Step 2: Once payment has been made we will send you a 1st draft (approximately after 2-4 working days) it is your responsibility to review the information and to provide comments/feedback with regards to further changes.

Step 3: Once this information is received these amendments will generally be made within 24 hours. The final draft will be sent to you for your approval. Once finalised all of your documents will be sent to you.

Terms Of Trading


Document Drafts and Final Document Review
The documents Recruit NZ creates for clients are created based on the information provided by our client. It is not the responsibility of Recruit NZ to check the accuracy of any of the information provided to us from the client.

Once a draft has been created it is sent to the client to be reviewed. This is the client's opportunity to check that all the information has been accurately conveyed from the original information provided.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all of the details such as phone numbers, names, dates and other content are accurate before final sign off. Recruit NZ cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies within any of the created documents after they have been reviewed by the client. We do request for the client to do the final review as soon as possible after it has been sent through for review to ensure we have a fast turn-around time in completing the final documents.

Liability
Recruit NZ cannot guarantee interviews or job placements from the CV services we provide; however we will endeavour to assist you to the best of our ability in the creation of your documents.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all the information that they provide Recruit NZ is true and accurate. It is also the client's responsibility to provide us with as much information as possible to ensure that you receive value for money and the best outcome possible from the services you receive.

Confidentiality
The client's names, addresses and other contact details will not be made available to anyone outside of Recruit NZ.

 

All clients are automatically added onto the database of Recruit NZ and will be sent newsletters and vacancy updates. If you do not wish to be added to the database please advise us on intial consultation.

We retain copies of the work we have completed on behalf of our clients. The client is free to contact us and ask that an electronic copy be forwarded to them at a later date.

All communications will be sent to the address listed on the CV unless otherwise arranged.

Payment
Before work commences, 100% of the price needs to be paid through online bank transfer. We will contact you as soon as payment is received.
