Permanent Employment
A permanent employee can be either in a full time, part time, or a casual capacity. At Recruit NZ we will recruit all types of permanent employees for your business. We are happy to come out and meet with you to discuss the needs of your business. We provide a guarantee period with all of our permanent placements and are able to assist in the Inductions, Career Development, and Performance Appraisals. Unbundled options-NEW!!
Our unbundled options offer Employers the choice to choose from a variety of resources and HR Consulting Services we have available. As an Employer you may dread writing and placing advertisements but enjoy meeting the people and conducting reference checking. Or perhaps you have a smaller recruitment budget than usual-we can help to take care of the jobs you hate, or what you do not have the time to do!

• Initial telephone and email screening  of all applicants

• Preparing interview questions specific to role

Fixed Term Employment
A fixed term employment agreement is used when employers and employees agree that the employment will be for a set period of time (e.g. for 4 months) or until a certain event occurs (e.g. until a specific project ends) or until work is completed (e.g. until the fruit has been picked). We find a number of our clients enjoy recruiting fixed term staff through us over their peak season (e.g. Christmas Trading period) and also through specific projects. This takes the strain off the permanent employees and ensures the organisation’s productivity and profitability are not affected in any way. Because we will only provide high calibre candidates to our clients, a number of our fixed term employees have been offered permanent employment at the end of the fixed term agreement. Independent Contractor
Not every business requires the assistance of an Independent Contractor, however if this is something your business requires we would be happy to help. Please see our Terms Of Trading for further information, alternatively contact us.

Temp staff
If you need short, medium, or long term temp staff in either a full time or part time capacity we are able to recruit these people for you. Recruit NZ will manage the payroll and administration for the temp staff and will communicate with your new temp and yourself on a regular basis. We provide the same rigorous selection process for temporary staff as we do for permanent staff because we believe a temp is just as important as a permanent employee. Our temps have had a minimum of 2 verbal reference checks conducted before they are listed as being “suitable” temps for Recruit NZ. Additional job specific testing is conducted if requested by our clients. We will provide high calibre people that will add value to your business and will not cause you a headache in your time of need! We find a number of our clients enjoy using temp staff as they can adjust the flow of the staff in line with the flow of the workload-why have staff at work when you do not have the work for them?
