What to Expect from your Consultant


Consultant meets the Client. Consultant takes Job Order gaining
a thorough understanding of the position and collects a
Job Description (and any other relevant information) if available.

Consultant prepares and submits the Job Profile (summary of the position
based on the Job Description, Job Order, and discussions to date) to
Client for their approval and amendment if required.
Job Profile is changed if required.

A recruiting plan will be created by your Consultant.

Consultant will check the agency’s database and contacts for any likely Candidates.

An advertisement is prepared and placed on various websites.

The Consultant manages the advertisements daily and monitors the responses.

The Client is updated on applicants on a weekly basis. If required, the
Consultant will adjust and amend any advertisements as warranted
to ensure the correct calibre of applicants are applying for the role.

Consultant to receive and reply to all applications. Applicants are screened
over the email based on their CV and Job Profile
before being contacted by telephone.

Consultant will review any suitable applications. The applicants will be
telephone screened against Job Profile.  If an applicant is deemed suitable
they will be sent the necessary questionnaires and application forms to
complete prior to interviewing- if these are returned and are
unsatisfactory the interview will be cancelled.

Following receipt of completed forms and applicant is deemed suitable; a face to face
Interview will be held against Job Profile and Job Description.

Consultant will forward C.V. and Candidate Analysis to Client if they are deemed suitable.

Consultant will co-ordinate an interview time with Client and Candidate.
Consultant will address questions raised by Client prior to interview.

After interview Consultant will discuss feedback with both Client and Candidate.

Once advised by Client of suitability of presented Candidate for the advertised role
reference checking will be conducted. At this stage second and subsequent interviewing
can be arranged as well as any additional testing methods.

Once results are returned to Client it is the Client’s decision regarding
the appointment of the Candidate.

Consultant will then present the offer to the Candidate and assist
with any negotiations/ questions.

Consultant will confirm acceptance by email to Client so that Employment
Agreement can be forwarded to successful Candidate.  Advise
unsuccessful Candidates that had made it to Client interviewing
stage and thank them for their application.

Consultant will contact Candidate on their first day as well as stay in touch with them
throughout their first few months to ensure they are settling in well.
