Key responsibilities:
• Researching customer opportunities
• Assisting to create meaningful presentations for clients
• Arranging team appointments with prospective clients
• Assisting sales team with quotes
• Updating CRM and invoicing systems
• Providing excellent customer service and being the first point of contact for incoming queries
• Supporting the sales team where required
Role requirements:
• Solid sales support or customer service experience
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to be assertive where necessary
• A professional telephone manner
• Strong administration skills
• Super organised with the ability to forward plan
• Self-motivated, accountable and results driven
• Professional with a desire to continually improve and work at a high standard
• Keen to grow the role and take on more responsibility
