Part time Accounts Administrator – Matakana

The Role:

  • Accounts – actively manage payable and receivable
  • Finance – assist to prepare month-end and financial reports
  • Sales support – quoting, invoicing and customer queries
  • Data entry and filing
  • Payroll of small team

  
About You:

  • Experience in accounts/finance
  • Xero experience, good computer skills with accurate typing
  • IT savvy – comfortable on the latest technology
  • Detailed yet flexible
  • Fast yet accurate
  • Fun and positive, enjoy being part of a team
